Established in 1984, we specialise in high level residential and commercial renovation, refurbishment, extensions, value added and new build. We contract and undertake niche development projects mainly in Central and SW London and also in the Home Counties. We specialise in contracts and projects of £100K to £3M and 50 sq metres to 5,000 sq metres.

Our team includes two in house architects, two in house project managers, an in house interior designer and a project accountant. We employ an average of 30 skilled tradesmen and cover all aspects of high end design and build. 

Our Managing Partner, William Edwards, has 40 years experience of high quality contracting and development and personally prepares all of our quotations and hands on oversees all of our contracts.
